We got this quest last night. The quest giver was right outside the Crimson Halls. All looked fine... until we started the first pull and there was a 20 minute timer. We were able to engage the Blood Queen with under a minute remaining, by doing a double pull on the first trash after the first boss, and handing out the first boss' loot after we engaged the Blood Queen, but unfortunately, we wiped on the boss.

So, if you get this weekly, good luck, and be ready to move your ass.

You only have to pull Blood Queen before the timer runs out, it doesn't matter if the timer runs out while you are fighting her.

The timer starts as soon as you enter the wing, regardless of whether you have the quest or not. So, pick up the quest and then start pulling trash like a mofo.

You also have 30 minutes to get to the Queen and pull her on 25 man mode.

Got this quest on 10 man tonight, timer was set to 30 min.

Just completed this quest in 10 man tonight. First off, the timer is indeed 30 minutes now, not 20. Second, depending on what classes you have available you can pull the first trash pack without starting the timer. We had an Engineering Hunter pull it with his 45 yd range hand mounted rocket; I am not sure if 35-41 yards is enough but it's possible.

With 30 minutes unless your dps is off the wall you have time for about one wipe (maybe, MAYBE two) and that's it. We wiped on Blood Council once then killed Blood Queen with all of 5-6 up and had only a few minutes to spare.

These Scourge bloodsuckers -- San'layn they call themselves -- give me the creeps. We've had one of our best men keeping an eye on them. But this morning he got sloppy and got himself taken prisoner. He's being interrogated by the Queen herself right now, and his cries echo through the Crimson Halls. Please, save him before it's too late!
