Druids can do this quest by hovering over the objects in Flight Form and right-clicking them.
Watch out for the Scourgebeak Fleshrippers though.

The Blood Orbs "sparkle" ... the Vats of Embalming fluid do not. The vats are round and green with metal filigree enclosures, and are in the same area as the orbs, around 32,70.

Both the Blood Orbs and the Vats of Embalming Fluid can be found in the area around 32,70.

The ghouls in the area can also drop a Jagged Shard which leads to the quest Jagged Shards.

Note: You cannot kill the orbs in the normal manner, you need to stand close to them and right click while staying still. Took me a minute to figure this out lol

There are two prerequisites for this quest: Destroying the Altars and Death's Gaze. Both quests come from Darkrider Arly, who also starts this one.

At the same time this quest unlocks, two additional quests also become available from different sources: Spiked Ghouls will begin to drop Jagged Shards (which begin the quest Jagged Shards), and Father Kamaros will begin to offer an escort quest, I'm Not Dead Yet! (Horde, Alliance). Note that you do not need to actually have this quest in your log for either of these quests to be available - simply having it available is sufficient.

Nothing happends when i hit the orbs or vats, anyone else having trouble with this quest?

is it me or the constructors and the abominations don't attack? I was standing next to em destroying the orbs and they didnt attack

Descrizione

The Scourge cannot create their flesh monsters without blood and embalming fluid to preserve the parts and keep them functioning. If we can deny them these materials, their army will fall apart and we can easily destroy their creations.

Throughout the labs where the flesh giants and abominations are cobbled together, you will find vats of embalming fluid and large orbs filled with blood. Destroy these, and bring death to any who would stop you!
