As you'll quickly find out, Vrykul take Cease and Desist orders badly.

Apparently, Vrykul find it unnerving when people around them have the ability to read.

This quest is bugged for me. I've tried re-getting the quest many times. But it just won't let me read it to him, and he's seated.

Anyone else having this problem?
