Reliquary of Pain is in the north, don't get it confused with Reliquary of Agony ( the area where Gristlegut is) like i did.

Use the scourge neckpiece again. Port inside. Talk to the Overlord directly in front of you and get his quest. Go to the next section to the left as you face the Overlord and talk to Gorebag who will take you on a tour. When that quest is done, turn it in, port outside and blow the horn provided.

Overlord Drakuru sends you to Gorebag, who has a Gargoyle give you a flying tour of a good chuck of Zul'Drak (even giving you experience when you explore new areas).

As a Warlock, I had to dismiss my pet before talking to Gorebag. The Gargoyle wouldn't come grab me until I did.

I *cough* 'accidentaly' deleted my Choker of whatever its called, and cant Xform into a scourge. I asked Stefan for another one and he says he is giving me one but he doesn't. Anyone know what I should do? (that isn't submitting a ticket, I did that, and blizz gave me an automated response but no solution)

I totally forgot about the horn- you can still go back and talk to the guy directly, it'll let you complete the step, it's just easier with the horn since you have to go back in for the next step anyway.

Which is handy if, in your haste to hide and re-cloak, you make a wrong turn and fall out of the floating building, and want to therefore patch your gear... *grin*

One thing I found very useful whenever I was in Drakaru's hovering lair, is that there are a couple of safe zones where you can go afk or re-do your scourge costume without aggroing anyone. The best spot I found was against the wall, behind the cages with the prisoners - this is on the same level as Drakaru, but about 1/4 way around the circular walkway (clockwise). You can tuck behind the crates on the back wall, and hang out as long as you need to.

This, of course applies to any of the subsequent quests in the chain (whenever you are in Drakaru's lair).

Generally a fun series, and very nice end rewards make it worthwhile.

To get the chain you have to get Unliving Choker that got a 100% from Withered trolls.
** Wowhead say 9%, but its wrong because it only drops if you havent done the quest**

This quest is awesome .. you have to do a quest that gives you 20900 xp and all youre doing is talking to a guy then getting a tour of the area... menatime youll discover everything you fly past.. i think i got around 50k in total from the quest you had to do .... turning this one in now ^^

The quest item is bugged, so if you abandon any of the quest's you need Stefan's Horn for you will have to go to Ebon Watch in order to turn it in, or talk to him if someone else have called for him.

If you have Cold Weather Flying, you can fly to the landing port on the southeast side of Voltarus and land without agroing anything, then use the necklace to costume.

Word of warning for the unwary; Unlike many places like this, there are no invisible walls, so you actually can run off an edge and get smashed into a puddle of ghouly skydive-without-chute produce if you're not careful.

I would hold onto the necklace and do some other quests before turning it in that way you can do more quests in disguise and avoid the mobs. Like the other ones dealing with ghouls.

For all of these quests, you can fly up to the necropolis and land in the "landing bay" area. The Flying Fiends will not agro you. Just land in that area and use the necklace there. It's faster than walking.

Go to 28,45 and stand on the transfer portal. You will be transported into Voltarus. When I appeared, I was facing Overlord Drakuuru. Go up to him and he will give you another quest, Dark Horizon, which requires you to find Gorebag. Turn around and face away from Drakuuru, head to the right about 1/4 of the way around the circle and you'll see an open air terrace. Gorebag is there. Talk to him and he will put you on a winged mount for a tour of the zone (you'll get a bunch of xp from discovering any new areas you hadn't yet discovered).

When you return, go back to Drakuuru and turn in the quest. To complete the original quest, Infiltrating Voltarus, you have to go back to the transfer portal. When you've been ported back to the Reliquary of Pain, blow the horn that Stefan gave you and he will fly up.

The rewards were all far below what I was already wearing, so I just took the item that vendors for the most gold.

Remember to pay attention to where the mobs are and where there might be a safe spot. My disguise failed inside Voltarus, and I had to quickly run to a safe spot to refresh it. I had to fight a couple of mobs off, but didn't get pawned, even though I did accidentally use aoe at one point, which didn't help any!

After the tour turn in I couldn't use the portal to get out of volturas. If anyone else has this problem : try removing your costume and putting it back on. That worked for me. :)

If you came here wondering why you aren't able to pickup the Reunited quest, but instead you're only able to pickup the Dark Horizon quest - you just have to pickup Dark Horizon and go to Gorebag and ask for the tour.

If Gorebag is not there and the terrace is completely empty, log out and log back in.

Stefan wants you to use your Ensorcelled Choker to get into Voltarus and do whatever the Scourge leader there asks of you.

If you lose your Ensorcelled Choker, return to Stefan at Ebon Watch to get another.

By now you've probably guessed the details of my plan.

We're using the Scourge's interest in you against them. You're going undercover. I know it's likely a death sentence, but if we do nothing your death is a certainty.

Travel northeast to Reliquary of Pain and stand on the platform while wearing your disguise. Once inside Voltarus, you must earn the trust of the Scourge commander.

When you've completed your mission, blow this horn and I'll fly to your location to receive your report.
