I cant talk to the guy. I'm told if you right click the injured guy and talk to him a monster appears? but when i talk to him there is nothing there. Any advice? I've done every quest i can find and i dont know where to go from here.

There is more than one in the area, find the one that will talk to you.

There are several Injured Rainspeaker Oracles in the area.

The ones I could find:

54,64
55,65
58,64
58,62
56,62
55,62

The one that I have seen talk to people was at 54,64 ... although the little sucker still won't trigger the quest for me. :P

EDIT: This quest is obtainable after follow a long quest chain, wherein it appears you are "choosing" the Frenzyheart. HOWEVER, it's all just part of the chain. The quest line starts after you kill Pitch the black lion, and is entitled "Playing Along": https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=12528 .

Just watch out, more then a few of them are close to the Frenzyheart tribe, which could lead you to being smushed quickly when your rep flips.

just find a Injured Rainspeaker Oracle

for example at 58.3 , 64.7
talk to him .. after that u will see a mob gonna attack ,, just kill him and your quest is complete

By the way, if you accept this quest, then you lose your reputation with Frenzyheart. Blizzard failed to mention that in the quest...I was almost revered =.=

I can't get to do any dailies after switching to Oracle doing A Hero's Burden quest. I found a few injured rainspeaker oracle but talking to any of them doesn't spawn crocs and i can't do any escort or start dailies.

i had acturrly given up on this quest, got jumped by 3 elites,, Fly back to the town i should escort him.. and all of the suddon he turned up. Donno if it's luck. but i got the quest done

so, what you have to do is simple, once you take the quest, remember to talk to the oracle again and choose to take it back home, once you do that, it will simple take its way which you have to follow and protect it till it goes to the camp, simple and easy

In addition to unlocking rep gain with the Oracles, which leads to some great rep rewards (the mysterious egg, the tanking shoulders for those who are def capped), this quest also has a ring with 26 defense rating. It comes in particularly handy for Death Knights trying to hit the def cap without any valuable rings.

Found a bit of a glitch in this quest. I found the injured oracle, fought and killed the croc that appears. Then was asked to escort the injured oracle back to Frenzyheart HIll. It said to let him know when I was ready to travel, so I took a moment to go afk for a bio-break. Intending to then continue the quest. THis is where the glitch came in... it suddenly said the quest was completed and I was able to fly back a reap the rewards. Nice lil glitch I say.

ok, so i completed all the quests up to the lich idiot, killed him with the help of someone who was local, thankfully she had done the quest before anhd as she was killing the frenzied hostage, i was trying to kill the other one thinking that both had to die for the shield to drop, thankfully she told me to hit the one she was hitting so we killed it, killed the lich, then the little dude apears with a blue ? above his head, i clicked on him, opend the quest box and as i was reading it, he vannished before i had chance to accept or not, now i have been round there village looking for any quest givers but nothing, i am honoured with them but not sure how i can get the daily quests to show. Do i have to kill the lich again or will the oracle dude apear on a daily basis? any help would be really apreciated, thanks

To those of you who abandon the quest and lose the ability to talk to the oracle and pick up the quest a second time, don't fear!

There are actually at least 2 injured rainspeaker oracles; one on the island at 55,63 and the other at 55,65. I found after I abandoned the quest I couldn't talk to the iujured rainspeaker oracle again because no chat bubble came up. After flying around that spot (in frustration), my mouse happened to hover over the second oracle and I was able to talk to this one and pick up the quest again!

edit: I found a third injured rainspeaker oracle at 54,64.
