as a mut rogue i got this early 2day(server 1st yogg kill) and it stacks with the Pyrite Infuser

with duel berserk gives an additional 3282AP when all 4 proc and was the 1st time i seen 10K AP(25man buffed)

Are you..... serious? No, this is not a caster item. But just in regards to your question, the value of hit rating is far above that of any other stat for a caster (until capped). And as far as melee dps classes and hunters are concerned, hit rating could also considered the most crucial stat up to a certain point. Agility, AP, Strength, ArP and Crit mean nothing if none of your attacks are hitting.

Assuming it has a 45 sec CD, this trinket has an uptime of 22.22% and gives a passive 285.33 AP (these numbers are a rough estimate, they depend on how quickly the trinket procs after the CD is up).
