Amazing ring for melee dps or teddy tanking.
paired with Bladebearer's Signet this makes for the best combo i can think of :)

In Norse Mythology Sif was the wife of Thor, God of Thunder, and seeing as Thorim is a direct homage to Thor i think this may be a be one of Blizzards ways of joining the WoW lore with Norse Lore.

Armory has this at Low (15% - 24%) for both regular and heroic; thottbot at 39.6%; yet wowhead is 4%. Any ideas about the discrepancy?

This ring is a best-in-slot for Frost Death Knights according to Rawr and as Expertise benefits frost spec the least, I'd venture a guess that it's BiS for all melee DPS. For bears I guess it thus ranks high threat-wise, but lack of avoidance and "only" decent stamina makes me think they could get something better.

Mind, I'm not saying bear druids should keep their hands off.
