It all depends if you want the haste over crit really, but I'd prefer the <2sec Greater Heals if I already have 25% crit.

Just got it yesterday. Its beautiful and has very good stats though has no spirit but Mp5

Atm i put on 45spirit and not spellpower any comments on that i am Holy priest

I just actually had a question about the staff one of my guild members got this yesterday and he's a warlock..i was wondering i have https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=40348 and was wondering would i benefit more from keeping Damnation or looting Spire of Sunset.?

According to MaxDPS.Com this is the 2nd best DPS staff in the game for a boomkin! Also, depending on your stats it could be the BEST DPS staff in the game as well, due to the haste.

A very good staff for Balance Druids, the only one being better is https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=40455 from Heroic Obsidian Sanctum with 0 (or more) drakes up.

I use this on my resto druid with great results. One might think that Spirit is a must have for Resto druids. And that is of course true. But since the Spirit nerf, Mp5 is becoming more and more valuable to resto druids as well. And if you are decently geared then the loss of spirit on your weapon won't be a major drawback. I have over 1K spirit WITH this staff. And that is more than enough for me.

This staff served my frost mage in PvP very well, where we want all the haste we can get and the high stats also make it a good placeholder. I kept it until I replaced it with my Furious staff, and I still lost haste.
