All of the tents are at (46.6, 46.6), simply go in each one and use the torch.

While you are there, the northeast tent contains an undead which, when killed, drops a Sealed Letter giving you The Apothecary's Letter for alliance and Signs of Treachery? for the Horde.

Nope, I've checked and checked again. Tabetha does not want to offer me this quest. I'm a level 44 undead. I'm not sure if I've done the Shady Rest questline.

She doesn't offer it! Can someone please tell me what I might be missing to obtain this quest?

The Shady Rest Inn quest chain can start either at the Inn itself, from the objects, or from Brackenwall Village (37.6,31.7), Dustwallow Marsh.
If the player chooses to start the quest chain in Brackenwall, Krog (36,31) will give the following quest:

Inspecting the Ruins

This quest completes at Inspector Tarem (29.6,47.5), located just outside of the inn, who will then use powder to help 'illuminate' the "clues." This basically causes purple arrows to appear, pointing at the individual quest objects strewn about the destroyed inn. Obtaining and completing this quest is not necessary, as the quest chains can be started directly from the objects regardless.

From the Shady Rest Inn (29.4,47.5), the quest branches into three paths, each starting when a different item gets looted.
The first quest for each chain will have you bring the three items to Krog in Brackenwall Village.

Loot the Black Shield (29.6,48.6):

Loot the Theramore Guard Badge (29.8,48.2):

After completing all three quest chains, Krog will offer a fifth The Black Shield quest, asking players to bring the Blackened Iron Shield to Mosarn (55.6,79.6) in Thunder Bluff.

Mosarn will then volunteer new information regarding the "mystery" and starts the following short chain:

When these three quests have been completed, Krog will direct you to Tabetha (46.0,57.1) for further progression and conclusion:

The coords are 47.46 for this one and you need to be inside the tents to burn them.

So I'm in the right place but i cant burn them when i try it says "requires grimtoten tent" If someone can help

After doing "Seek out Tabetha", the only quest I have available is "Tiara of the deep" as a level 44 warrior. Apparently, you have to complete TOTD before she'll give you this one.

Edit: Whups, My bad...I had "Check on Tabetha" and not "Seek out Tabetha" - Watch to make sure you don't confuse the two like I did.

As a lvl 40 Horde Warrior who completed the first step, Tabetha doesn't give me this second part. The only quest that is available from her is Tiara of the Deep.

i looked on another site it sais you have to do the shady innquests first. i did them and still krog doesnt have seek out tabetha and still the only quest tabetha has is the one un zul'ferrak

OK. So here’s how I unlocked this quest:

First you must do ALL of the shady rest inn quests, pretty much in this order.

From Krog in Brackenwall Village get

1. Inspecting the Ruins

From the Shady Rest Inn

2. Suspicious Hoofprints (on the ground in front of Inspector Tarem)
3. The Black Shield (1st) (above the fireplace)
4. Lieutenant Paval Reethe (a badge on a plank on the inn floor)

Return to Krog and get

5. The Black Shield (2nd)

Walk over to Do’gol and get

6. The Black Shield (3rd) and then
7. The Black Shield (4th)

At this point you MUST do the Ogron quest that Krog hints about.

Go to Ogron, just north up the main road from the road east out of Brackwall Village that goes over all those wooden bridges. Pick up the quest:

8. Questioning Reethe

This quest was by far the hardest and it can be a little buggy. Be sure to read the posts about this quest before trying it. It took me 4 times to get it done and it MUST be completed to continue the quest line.

Return to Korg and get, you guessed it:

9. The Black Shield (5th)

Go to Mosarn in Thunder Bluff on Hunter Rise and get

10. Return to Krog

Back to Krog … again … for

11. More than Coincidence
12. The Grimtotem Plot

Be sure to get these together to save a trip. Read the posts for The Grimtotem Plot, they are pretty helpful.

And finally back to Krog for – wait for it ….. ta dah!

13. Seek out Tabetha (yay, rejoice, happy dance)

You may be able to get this quest without doing all the previous quests but Tabetha will not give you Raze Direhorn Post until the above quests have been done.

Be sure to get Check Up on Tabetha from Nazeer Bloodpike before you go. When you get to Tabetha’s farm you may want to get the quest Help for Mudsproket and go from there to Mudsprocket and pick up the flight path to save some traveling time back to Krog (yes eventually you have to go back to him).

I did this series plus all the quests around Tabetha’s farm (except mage, warlock and ZF quests) solo as a 42 lvl rogue. The quests were all green (mostly 37 lvl quests) but still I got a nice belt and headpiece out of the deal as well as over half a level of xp. I hope this helps.

i cant fing the tents i followed the cords but its not there i only find tents with lvl 13s in them

I have the North and Northeast tents, where is the east tent?

the settlement is directly north, you'll see it on the map. There are only 3 tents (the settlment is small). I found I had to be either slightly inside or inside the tent to set it ablaze. Get the quest to kill 12 totemgrim while doing this one, saves time.

Affirmative JUST walk/run/ride straight North from Tabetha's Farm, there you find a little willage, Burn the tent and kill the enemy ^^ not hard for me lvl 37 Priest.

You can handle this quest in about 5 minutes. Direhorn Post only has three tents, so you don't have to look hard to find them. As long as you can handle the Direhorn Grimtotems around, you can torch the tents and complete the quest. No elites and no mobs. The Grimtotems don't have a very wide aggro field. You may be able to do this quest simultaneously with Direhorn Raiders. Same place, coords around 47,46.

There's no scrying necessary to see the trouble my new "neighbors" are creating. And if this is the band that burnt down the Shady Rest Inn, as you claim, there's no reason to tolerate their presence any longer.

Take this torch and raze their camp to the ground! You'll find Direhorn just to the north of my farm. You can't miss it, really, as the Grimtotems have done a splendid job of announcing their presence with those totems they favor.
