Kungaloosh - Cooking 350, Level 80: The downside to this recipe is that you need to be level 80 to get this quest

This is incorrect. The quest itself is level 80, though you can get the quest at level 76 — the same level as you can start the Sholazar chain.

The Northern Cooking quest is not required to start the dalaran cooking dailies.

Although the trainer recipes (the ones which are orange 350 and grey 415) are green above 382, they have a high rate of giving a skill point. I went from 383-396 with 19 baked manta rays. I started getting no skill points past there, so then you can make your feasts to get you to 400, where you can continue with a epicurian award purchased recipe.

This is a terrible guide. Offering a route for level >76s and then saying "your choice" is as good as no guide at all.

Why does the title state 1-450 when it's only 375-450? This guide is a mess

You can get to 400 without Kungaloosh. If you don't want to do the long quest chain, although all recipes are green past 385, you still lvl up at a decent pace until 400 at least.
I had to create 16 recipes to lvl from 393 to 400.
