Booming Voice—Now only requires 2 talent points instead of 5.
Sweeping Strikes—Now only copies 5 attacks, down from 10.
Poleaxe Specialization—Now also increases the critical damage multiplier by 5%.
Sword Specialization—Now has a 6 second ICD.
Mace Specialization—Instead of a small chance to stun and grant rage, this talent now grants a moderate amount of ArP%.
Improved Mortal Strike—Now only requires 3 talent points, with increased effectiveness from each point.
Blood Frenzy—Now also increase attack speed by 5% per point
Deep Wounds—Potentially the most important changed ability in WotLK, Deep Wounds receives a number of notable buffs. The total duration is reduced from 12 to 6 seconds, allowing for more compact bleed windows, while the tick interval is reduced from 3 to 1 seconds, allowing the talent to often tick in between critical strikes, as opposed to earlier expansions where the frequency of new critical strikes would rarely allow this talent to deal any recognizable damage. However, the most notable change is the introduction of a "buffer" system; Every time Deep Wounds is refreshed, any remaining damage is taken and applied to the new spell. This prevents frequent crits from punishing this talent by not allowing to tick, resulting in a large DPS gain due to an often high "rolling" bleed effect.
Recklessness—Now only increases Special Ability critical strike chance for 3 attacks, and no longer provides immunity to Fear effects..
Improved Thunder Clap—Also increases the damage of Thunder Clap by 30%.
Battle Stance—In a notably powerful buff, Our main stance now also increase ArP by 10%.
Slam—Slam no longer resets the swing timer, but now pauses it while casting.

Deep Wounds

Armored to the Teeth—Adds a small amount of AP depending on your current AC. While this might not be super impactful, it can make a difference in choosing certain items, and gives us an additional source of scaling with higher item level pieces.
Strength of Arms—A small boost to Strength, Stamina, and Expertise
Unrelenting Assault—Reduces the Cooldown of both Overpower and Revenge, allowing for more frequent usage of them.
Taste for Blood—Gives your Rend Ability a chance to proc Overpower every time it ticks. This forms a core part of our rotation, especially with Overpowers high Critical rate due to Improved Overpower.
Juggernaut—Allows you to Charge in combat, along with giving your next Mortal Strike or Slam after a charge a large damage increase.
Wrecking Crew—Grants a 10% damage increase effect every time you perform a critical strike. Doesn't stack with other enrage effects, and can be consumed by Enraged Regeneration.
Bladestorm—Performs a Whirlwind every second for 6 seconds. This is one of our most powerful new abilities, and lets us do insane amounts of burst AoE.
Incite—Increases the Critical Strike rate of your Heroic Strike, Cleave, and Thunderclap Abilities.
Shattering Throw—A powerful cooldown that not only removes any invulnerable effects from a target, but also reduces its armour by 20%. Although this ability is mainly known for its PvP applications, it has a niche use as a raid DPS cooldown, allowing more armour to be stripped off the target during important burst phases.
Enraged Regeneration—A very niche defensive cooldown that consumes all enrage effects on the target to heal 3% of total HP per second for 10 seconds.
