Hey!
So i'm new on shamans, so i wanna know good enhancement shaman specc, and about those totems, when you can put all 4 at the same time, how do you do that? Is it macro or what?

It is a glyph that puts down 3
cosmetic
totems when you use a useful totem. Totems used to be put down at the beginning of the fight and then were forgotten. Since Mists of Pandaria they redesigned totems to make them more like cooldowns.
Some people missed having multiple totems down like they used to, so this glyph was implemented. They are in no way beneficial to your performance and just stand there to look pretty.
