Arms Warrior PvP BiS gear

they recommend the Prideful Gladiator Gear for PvP, but is it BiS, or would Heroic PvE be better for at least some of the slots?

For example, would Ashen Wall Girdle be better than Prideful Gladiator's Girdle of Prowess?

Also, would Qian-Ying, Fortitude of Niuzao be better than Prideful Gladiator's Cloak of Alacrity?

Due to the PvP stats, PvP gear is superior to PvE gear.

I guess the legendary DPS cloaks would be better than a PvP cloak, but the one you linked, the Tank cloak, requires you to be in Protection spec for the proc to work, without that, you would just have the stats, which may or may not be less effective than a PvP cloak.

Ok, thanks. I thought so, but wasn't sure how the PvP power affected things.
