To start this chain players have to do these quest chains:

The Shadow Vault questline, starting with It's All Fun And Games
The quest chain at the Argent Vanguard, starting with Honor Above All Else that ends with The Crusader's Pinnacle.

This quest becomes available once the quest The Skybreaker is completed.

When you say that the "It's All Fun and Games" questline has to be completed, does that include all quest up until the final challenge?

Id say this is one of the best quest chains in all Ice crown, why? because the end quest, Field Repairs, leads to Do Your Worst, which is yet another chain which has Army of the Damned, one of THE most interesting quests (lore wise id say) in Ice crown, and very fun.

Ive done all the pre-req quests... and I dont have cords. Does anyone have a map/dot? Maybe Im retarded, but I cant find the place.

I had that try death rise above the Fleshworks ( you need a flying mount to get there i think). After i completed the quests there I was able to do dailies on the skybreaker

go to the court of bones the steps to the icecrown citadel, now jump of the steps on either side to the ground and go to the sides of of the steps , either right or left, and now move in towards the citadel, you will see some very hard to see slits in the wall, their camoflaged from above coz they blend so well in the wall.

If you're sure you're at the right spot but still can't find him the chances are that he's dead. If he gets attacked by one of the hostile mobs in the area and doesn't get help he will die. Respawn seems to be about 5 minutes.

This is one of the quest-chains that will possibly make you phased out in the summoning stone area in Icecrown citadel raids summoning stone. I suggest, that you will suggest everyone in your guild to do this quest chain to see each other.

Description

I've got an interesting assignment for you, <name>. If you're up for a challenge, that is.

We've been tipped off about an opening below Icecrown Citadel. Our engineers have studied the layout and have decided it's a structural weakness.

We've sent some men there along with some "borrowed" saronite bombs. They're under Captain Kendall's command.
