i consider it strange that the tooltip of the spell he gets when u complete "Seek redemtion!" quest is rather strange: Creature - Frog Form Transformed into Toad.

how can he be in frog form when he is a toad?

Was talking with a friend about our experiences in the Beta and just realized... this poor guy has been choking down cursed acorn sandwiches for like 6+ years. Let's move him to Northrend, give him a quest eating baby seals or something?

He wasnt here when I went to hand back in the acorn quest, and then he appeared, and then he turned in to a frog and stayed that way for a good 30 seconds . . . so be patient

In the Dragonflight quest A Personal Offering, Tyrande Whisperwind has the player help her conduct a touching ceremony for the new wellspring in the new World Tree, Amirdrassil (located in the Dragon Isles). The player is instructed to choose a single item to contribute as a token of the Night Elves for this ceremony.

Among the list of potential offerings is "A skein of 树林蜘蛛丝 from Shadowglen." It would seem the "skein of webwood spider silk" is at least a reference to the 树林蜘蛛丝 the player must collect for 赛恩·腐蹄 as part of the Storyline quest, 赛恩的要求.

I thought this was a bit of a strange choice for a tribute, considering 赛恩·腐蹄 was an enemy of the Night Elves. Additionally, he was killed long before the burning of Teldrassil: at some point, he was exiled from Teldrassil for "performing perverse magic", and in Cataclysm, he is seen having taken up residence in Darkshore. However, he is soon discovered to be the taint that is corrupting the wildlife in the area, and players are instructed to kill him in The Corruption's Source (source: Wowpedia). I suppose this tribute is simply meant to be nostalgic. :)

Teldrassil
Zenn, strangely classified as a humanoid, is friendly to Alliance players, but is still up to no good. The night elves council of Dolanaar punished him for some minor misdeed by having adventurers gather and feed him corrupted fruit found around the area (which results in a humorous transformation into a frog). They did not kill him, like most satyrs, but he is later chased out of Teldrassil for performing perverse magic.

Darkshore
Cataclysm This section concerns content related to Cataclysm.
Zenn Foulhoof takes up residence in a cave near Cliffspring Falls, Cliffspring Hollow, allied with the grell under Licillin and Apothecary Furrows. Here he has been correctly classified as a demon. Zenn is discovered to have been behind the taint that is corrupting the local wildlife, specifically bears and rats. As a result, you are tasked with killing Zenn in the quest A The Corruption's Source. In this location, he is aggressive to all players regardless of faction.
