As of 3.0.3 Heartseeker Scope is the best scope, and therefor hunters will be needing Twilight Opals for their scopes. Should make it a valuable gem.

As well as engineers needing to skill up on this craft.

Since the 3.2 patch all WotLK rare gems can no longer be bought for Emblem of Heroism. Intended or not - they are removed from all known vendors and replaced by epic ones.
