All set items are:
- 破舊麥田魔像頭木樁
- 破舊麥田魔像頭肩鎧
- 破舊麥田魔像頭束褲
- 破舊麥田魔像頭手套
- 破舊麥田魔像頭護胸
- 破舊麥田魔像頭長靴
- 破舊麥田魔像頭腰帶

I had a luck of dropping one of them so far at lvl 80 from this 塞滿戰利品的南瓜. :)

It seems that it has 100% drop chance and always drops the piece you missing. Did boss with 7 characters, got all 7 pieces

Interesting... I got Patched Harvest Golem's Head... clicked on it.. learned it... and now it's gone.. as if I never got it. This sucks...

Can confirm that 破舊麥田魔像頭 also drops from the Loot-Filled Pumpkin and is part of the set. Not sure why Wowhead is omitting it in the list.

The backpiece does not drop but can instead be bought from the holiday vendor.

It seems that you have to get the full set for it to stick in your appearance list.

I've been last minute collecting all of the pieces today and for some reason now that I have everything, or all but one piece I can't remember, the set has disappeared from my appearance list. Anyone else having this issue?

The items are hidden at first, but are visible in your Appearances collection once learned. The set appears briefly after you learn a new item, but is otherwise hidden until you learn the whole thing.
