In my opinion, this recipe is very nice to get some enchanting skill ups without using too much dusts/essences as you only use 2 of each and may find Elixir of Impossible Accuracy for cheap on the AH. I was able to get the elixir for like 5~10g each on my server.

You learn this recipe at 505, and now I'm now at 517 skill points and it's still orange to me as a blood elf. I guess it might turn yellow at 520.

I opted for this on my Fury warrior over Lavawalker (speed slightly and mastery rating by 35) to try to hit the hard hit cap for my offhand nonspecials. For unknown reasons, Wowpopular has Earthen Vitality (+30 stam and minor movement speed) as the number one warrior boot enchant.

That's because a movement speed boost on your boots, in any fight that involves movement for more than positional matters, is the highest dps increase enchant you can have.

Lavawalker is the best for a fury warrior as of this posting (4.1), Earthen Vitality is more popular (at the time of your posting in 4.0.6) due to the cost of Lavawalker requiring maelstrom crystals.

You don't want to attempt to hard cap hit to 27% at the neglect of your other stats.

You should do:

1. 8% hit (601 rating with Precision)
2. 26 expertise (781 rating)
3. Strength > Crit > Hit (up to 27%) > Haste > Mastery

Reforge to softcap hit and expertise cap. Strength in reds, Str/Crit in yellows, Str/Hit in blues. Only go for Strength socket bonuses.

Single target rotation >20% (TG): Colossus Smash > Bloodthirst > Raging blow > Slam > Heroic Strike > Shout
Single target rotation <20% (TG): Colossus Smash > Raging Blow > Execute > Heroic Strike

Single target rotation >20% (SMF): Colossus Smash > Slam > Bloodthirst > Raging Blow > Heroic Strike > Shout
Single target rotation <20% (SMF): Colossus Smash > Execute > Heroic Strike

Every other GCD should be Bloodthirst and the GCD’s between Bloodthirsts you fill in with the other abilities. Colossus Smash on cooldown.

Multi Target: Cleave > Slam > Whirlwind (4+ targets) > Bloodthirst > Shout > Raging Blow

Bloodthirst/Cleave on cooldown, Whirlwind only if you have 4 or more targets, use all Slam procs you get, shout for rage.
