THESE ARE STILL DAILY COOLDOWN. there were 0 primal air and water on AH. and lots of earth, so figured i'd transmute a bunch of earth to water and then water to air to mass produce primal might. but its 1 day cooldown. so fail.

Just did Transmute: Primal Water to Air like almost every day and it proc´d to 4 Primal Airs as Transmutation Master. Never gotten so many.
