The jubling pet is easy to get. wait for the darkmoon faire
to arrive to goldshire/thunderbluff then drop a dark iron ale close to an
orc girl that i dont remember the name of, then she gives you a quest to catch the jubling,
drop another iron ale close to the jubling called jubjub and hell come to you, then make it close 2
the orc and you finish the quest and get a egg

Ps: the egg cracks after 1 week ^^

i have it. a cool pet and worth the wait. Its freakin huge! pretty easy to get as derazz said. also can get in Terokarr Forest in outland for those who dont know. when you have it, you can place jugs of the dark iron ale on the ground and he'll drink it up! pretty cool pet. IF YOU HAVE DARK IRON ALE USE IT TO GET THIS PET

you need like 4-5 ales( just incase the first ale u place down doesnt attract jubjub, happened to me-and u need one to complete the quest to acualy obtain jubling)!

You only need 2 Dark Iron Ale Mugs http://www.wowhead.com/?item=11325.
My recommendation is to follow the direction here http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=7946 under get a Jubling in 7 easy steps by Toldry. The only thing I would add to Toldry directions is that you need "cast" or click on the mug to "drink" the Dark Iron Ale mug, which will turn the mouse pointer blue. At that point you can "put the mug" on the ground.

A Players Jubling will DRINK the Ale if you place it on the ground so make sure noone already has one out when you try to lure Morja's Jubling

Generally though you only need 1 Ale to Summon and anyone who has one on hand can complete the quest!

I was informed by a GM that the quest for the Jubling is a yearly repeatable. http://i50.tinypic.com/e6osic.png
So anyone who lost or fed the pet to the crocolisks in Dustwallow Marsh are advised to bribe Jubjub when the stomach acid has erased its memory.

This pet is given by a Darkmoon Faire event, which leads to a quest that grants this as a reward.

To Begin:
You will need a few 黑鐵麥芽酒杯. I ended up using 9 of them, though it's possible to use less, depending on where Jubjub is.

(Protip: If you have 恐酒遙控器, it's really easy to just waltz in and buy a stack of 10!)

Find 呱呱. She usually hangs out east of the tents on Darkmoon Island.
Find 摩爾亞. She really misses Jubjub, so she'll be our target!
Place a 黑鐵麥芽酒杯 near Jubjub. She will hop to it and drink its contents! I placed mine in about the 30-40 yard range, and she still came hopping.
Use this technique repeatedly to lead Jubjub back to Morja.
When Morja sees that Jubjub has returned, she will offer the following quest: 啾啾的蛋

Upon completion, this quest will give you an 小啾啾蛙卵. After a 7-day cooldown, using the egg will provide you with the 小啾啾的小窩 item, which teaches you to summon your new 小啾啾!

Ran into something funny - if you have Disgusting Oozeling out while doing this, the ooze will drink the beer if you place one too close to him and emote as such. Apparently slimes like their booze.

I can confirm that the pet is still available in Darkmoon Island.
1.Use Direbrew's Remote to go exactly where you need to buy the Dark Iron Ale Mug (you can carry 10)
2. Go to Darkmoon Island. Find Morja. Put a Mug at her's feet and wait. Take the quest. Deliver the quest. Take the egg.
3. Wait 7 days for Unhatched Jubling Egg to hatch. Grats you own Jubling!

Apparently, Jubling color scheme is based on the Strawberry poison-dart frog. According to Wikipedia:

The strawberry poison frog or strawberry poison-dart frog (Oophaga pumilio, formerly Dendrobates pumilio) is a species of small poison dart frog found in Central America. It is common throughout its range, which extends from eastern central Nicaragua through Costa Rica and northwestern Panama.

However, the usual straberry frog is entirely orange, with a few black spots. There are some strawberry frogs that go through a color morph, one of the most common - like Jubling - being the so-called blue jeans variant.

An awesome name for a very cute pet.
