Do NOT dispell this debuff under normal circumstances.
The only reason to attempt to dispell this buff is when either the target already has 3 stacks of 奈薩里奧之血 or you are trying to get it on the tanks at the start of the encounter.

This is the good version of 血液腐化:死亡, which is applied when an 驚駭融合體 has spawned.
Dispelling 血液腐化:死亡 a few times will result in this debuff.
According to the tooltip, dispelling this buff more will result in it turning into 血液腐化:死亡 again, but I have not seen this happen yet (Probably haven't dispelled it enough)

When this debuff is allowed to run its full course of time, the player on whom it ran out will receive a number of stacks of 奈薩里奧之血 according to the time remaining when the debuff landed on the player (Normally see about 2 stacks).

Getting the 奈薩里奧之血 buff on all raid members close to the end of the encounter is crucial in surviving.
