As mentioned by others, if it takes you too long to decide which reward to take, the NPC will despawn and you won't be able to hand in anymore. The only solution offered so far that I have seen was that you need to wait for someone else to do the quest, and afterwards can hand in again once the NPC has been defeated again. But, what to do when nobody else is around?

Well, there is another solution!
Abandon the quest!
It will show up as the blue exclamation mark again and you can repeat the whole thing without having to wait for someone else!

You have reasons to suspect the Grimtotem tribe, on account of the fact that one of their champions is nearby, visibly pilfering your stuff.

I giggled. :)

Showed up today, October 12, and it's the first time I've seen it in about a month.

I find it pretty bewildering why Blizz has taken to adding (what seems to be) weirdly random quests like this. I have seen no pattern to when this one appears.

恐怖圖騰勇士 can be found at 25.6 42.0 next to a pile fo crates. Have a talk to start fight. You also can assist players if they already fighting him and you are one the quest.
As you done this first time, the quest becomes "daily".

護甲改良工具 - you get random enchantment for your champions.
勇士裝備箱 - you get any kind of equipment for your champions, such as boots, signs, etc.

YES, as of 7.2 this quest gives the new armor tokens that let you upgrade your champions past 850.

Can anyone confirm this is still available? I don't even see the stack of Crates in my Shaman's Order Hall, unless they only show up on the Day the Quest does and then disappear in between.

Can anyone explain to me why I was able to pick up this quest before 110 and as Alliance? Since it's stated as a horde quest. I can't seem to find the alliance equivelant quest, yet the quest I picked up was named the same?

All technical issues aside, why the %^&* are we allies to someone who's stealing our ^&*! I mean Magatha was a spit in the face on her own, now her tribe is stealing from the shaman order? Wtf blizz?

so we catch the guy red-handed, kick his arse and... take back one item...? we just let him run off with the other reward and anything else in his pockets?

also I had this quest show up before I'd even met Magatha...

In response to various questions and comments. As of today:
Yes, you can still be offered this quest (1st time I noticed it, but I never come to the OH on my Shaman so no idea what triggers it)
Yes, it still bugs if you don't pick the reward quick enough
No, you can't turn it in if that happens. You have to drop and redo the quest. (despite the various comments saying "its a known issue and they are working on it"! Eight yrs later, I'm starting to wonder...)
Yes, dropping and redoing works
