On the east road of the Heart of the Darkness, down in the Zul'Nazman
It is inside a building ruins near the mountain.
There are several ways you can get there.
You can start from Xal'vor ruins and take south-east road in the area or from north-east side of the same road.

Pictograph is east of the Underlord Xerxiz (hover) world quest rare NPC (active only with WQ)
