You need to use the "Grappling Hook and rope" right to the blue fire wall blocking your path to enter the zone where this object is.

Unlike the other hidden treasures in this area (which is inside the spider caves), this chest is actually inside one of the towers in Gordal Fortress.

Use the northern path (around 65,69) to get up to the fortress until you reach the blue wall of fire then use the Grappling Hook and Rope (68.7,69.7) (screenshot) to climb over, then head to the tower at (64.6, 79.2).

An alternative way to enter the fortress is by using 艾維娜之羽 in case you didn't get to loot the box while questing.

For those of us without coords:

Go up the main platform area where you did the quests. Turn right, then turn left towards the last named mob (the one where you used the item to jump and parachute) but before you get to that area there is a tower to the right. It's right inside and should be glowing purple.
