To win with 3 flying pet i recommend:

Bloodbeak (1,1,1)
Sentinel's Companion (2,2,2)
Any flying pet

Vs Itchy use Slicing Wind until Whirpool is about to expire, then use Lift-Off, Heal with Rain Dance and finish Itchy
Vs Salty Bird use Slicing Wind and Lift-Off when possible (he will kill Bloodbeak at less than 100 hp), Bring Sentinel's Companion, use Dark Talon.
Vs Grommet Soulrush and Dark Talon until he is dead.

I went in with Dragonbone Hatching, Arcane Eye, and Giant Bone Spider.

Open with Hawk Eye, Save Lift Off to dodge Whirlpool. Slicing Wind to fill.

Vs Salty Bird, I just spammed Focused Beams, easy kill.

No special strategy for Grommet. Just tap him down and collect your reward.
