General info:
Rare level is scaled to your level, so it can be level 100-110. (Works everywhere except Suramar)
If your friend is 110 and you are 100 both of you can see different HP and different level, and still fight in the same phase.
Rare NPC in legion have almost instant respawn time (1 min max)
On first kill drops 大廳資源 and sometimes 驍士的榮耀
驍士的榮耀 can be buffed with 神兵武器研究筆記

If you're like me and realize Fenri is the last rare you need for 斯鐸海姆探險家 and thinking "but I escaped 黑爾海姆 how am I going to get back?"

Turns out there is an instance portal for you, located back in Haustvald at 73, 40. Hearth out when you're finished.

Am I hallucinating or was there a Quest "Fenri" that was an accurate wolf with spears sticking out of it (Fenrisulfur was a wolf in norse mythology), whereas this is a rare "Fenri" that's a 3 headed lizard thing? o.O

If your character is a hunter, this pup completely ignores your pet/pets and focuses entirely on you with his Void Orb attack. Your health will plummet very quickly and he seems to have a long range with it.

Get into his melee range and stay there. When he uses Slam to knock you back, he will immediately spin around and try to use Dark Wave on you. Be ready for it and get back into melee range or he'll start Void Orbing you to death.

And, damned shame we can't tame him. Ah well.

if you start in "Valdisdall", follow the road to the north-east through the Runewoods and over the Field of Fallen Kings, until you reach "Haustvald". In Haustvald go down all the stairs and goes through the "Portal to Helheim" (73.7, 39.3). In Helheim follow the path to the wooden curve and go to the east to the shipwreck. Behind the shipwreck is a cave, hidden in the fog, where is 芬里.

I just killed Fenri as a BM Hunter. He DID focus on my tank pet the whole time. He never did any ability on us, but we may have killed him fast enough to avoid that (864 ilvl).

When you enter Helheim (assuming you already did all the quests before), look immediately to your right where the vendors are. Pick up the disguise on the ground (seaweed) and you can run to Fenri without aggroing anything else.

Good news! Fenri will be tamable in shadowlands, and will be in the dog/hound family!

Tamed Fenri today on live pre-patch. He respawned exactly 1 minute later.
