Cro'akan is a level 92 elite who spawns in Krasarang Wilds near 17,70, on the second island west from the Cradle of Chi'Ji.

The island is full of Krasarang Croakers and Krasarang Frogs, with Krasarang Tideskirters swimming around the shoreline. They have an extremely high respawn rate and are found in packs of 4-15 throughout the eastern side of the island. It appears as if killing a large number of these frogs will cause Cro'akan to spawn in the center of the island, under the largest tree. When he spawns, he jumps up and down a few times, then casts Frog Justice before hopping south past a nearby hill and despawning.

At this time I cannot confirm how many critter kills are needed; he may require a certain number of frogs killed per second, but the text of Frog Justice implies it is related to killing the frogs nearby, and the island is an obvious place to farm critters for Critter Kill Squad. While doing so, I personally saw him spawn twice in approximately 15,000 frog kills.

He can spawn either with a green spotted skin or with a red and blue Jubjub-style skin.

Cro'akan spawns with exactly 8,431,000 health.

He, along with the rest of the island's inhabitants seems to have disappeared in 5.1 as the Alliance has crash landed and become one of the few quest areas for the Horde. Sad, as I have never seen the frogs :(

Side note i've been here killing for 10 miuns and still no spawn so....

Just FYI:

This guy, along with the frog critters on the island, despawns after you start the Alliance/Horde questlines in the area.
Can't kill him, but he sure can one-shot you!

As of 8/2020 this guy still spawns, and still can't be attacked.

since he's classified as a critter, i wonder if creepy crate or toxic wasteling can eat him in time before he kills me

I can confirm as of 11.0.7 he still spawns and oneshots you (I was on my lvl 80 hunter)
