3. Enable automatic setting of the stopwatch, indicating next spawn:

I've found him to have the highest drop-chance for 脆嫩多汁胡蘿蔔 and especially 紅花蔥, he must really like those! He doesn't always drop the cooking ingredients, but when he drops, it's between 1 and 4 items. In my personal opinion it's far more than I could manage farming the other suggested mobs.

For Horde characters you have to farm 達納蘇斯先遣騎 (she is nearby, spawns at 61, 29) and use a slightly different macro for the stopwatch script:

Mostly found it spawning at /way 66.5 20.3 as well as on the path at the other side of the water there
