In Cataclysm there'll be two Defias Overseer (neutral), both looking at a section of a pipe. After standing near them for a while:

Defias Overseer 1: It's broken.
Defias Overseer 2: It's not broken!
Defias Overseer 1: Why's it shooting steam out of the side there, then?
Defias Overseer 2: That's the ... pressure release valve.
Defias Overseer 1: In the middle of the pipe?
Defias Overseer 2: Er ... backup release valve?
Defias Overseer 1: We should tell the Admiral.
Defias Overseer 2: You tell him.
Defias Overseer 1: No way! He gives me the creeps!
Defias Overseer 2: I know! The way he looks at you with those hungry eyes. I'm afraid to even turn my back!

Brush24 said it, but in case you missed it, these mobs are neutral (as in, they won't attack unless intentionally aggro'd). This means that a lot of groups will pass by these, so if you are after the gloves, make sure you (or preferably, the tank if that's not you) aggro's them.

Surprised this isnt in the comments so I'll share, a friend of mine found out you can reset these guys by (rogue point of view) saping one and killing the other. Once you stealth it will respawn.

You can repeat this to make the farming easier!

I have been farming these 2 mobs for the past 3 hours to get the gloves. So far 9 leggings and 0 gloves...

i farmed this for about 2 hours, but right at these two NPCs. I did it on my hunter, just used freezing trap on one, while i killed the other, than feigned death, and the other quickly respawns, just doing that over and over every 30 sec. I got two gloves first, and I kept going, because I wanted to see, if it was that you could only get one of them, meaning, if you got the pants, that's all you would get for a long while, I got 2 gloves and then finally got the pants. Got the set in about 2 hours.time.

There is the way to farm those guys without resetting whole Deadmines. It comes especially handy given the fact those two stands right in the middle of the instance.
So, do the follows:

Clean all the way between Mast Room (where the second boss 赫利克斯‧碎輪者 is) and those two NPCs. May also clean all 蠢僕人s in Mast Room as well.
Aggro and kill one 迪菲亞監督者, not both. Second should stay alive.
Get yourself out of combat: 假死, 消失 or anything what you have/want.
If you don't have a way to get out of combat, just ignore Defias Overseer attacking you, turn around and run back to the Mast Room. Then:
take the ramp on your left, and get onto the log that crosses the room;
go to the other side of the log and jump onto the second log, that is facing up (it has a 4-way lamp hanging very near it).
Repeat until you get wanted loot.

I've tested this solo on lvl 20 Outlaw Rogue, worked like a charm. Took me about three evenings (~6-8 hours total) to get 黑暗迪菲亞護腿, also got four pairs of 黑暗迪菲亞手套.
