NOTE: The spawn times have changed to be every 5 minutes after the maintenance on 1/29, meaning there is a 1.5 hour rotation instead of a 3 hour rotation. Times have been updated accordingly.

One of the 18 of the rares for 午夜將至 that spawn in a fixed order every 10 5 minutes. The last one, 月蝕之聲, spawns separately with an event involving 元質虛無 that can trigger at any of the twilight camps (near where the other rares spawn). When this event spawns, a zone-wide announcement will take place saying "An Ephemeral Void has manifested in location."

This guy has four attacks, and I think the folks who named and designed them deserve to be applauded.

Foresight - A frontal cone blast
Hindesight - A rear cone blast
Insight - An AOE blast around him
Oversight - A series of mortar shots that rains small AOE blasts on the ground around the area

I think you might have those times mixed up. I am in the UK playing on an EU server, and the rares here are appearing at the times you have for North America?
