Likely a set rotation: Zovex > Kereke > Rotfist > repeat
Probable respawn time: 30-60 min
I am at this point very confident that these are correct as from the sample-size gathered, the chance that they aren't is extremely small.

Timers and rotations:

Kereke > 60 min > Rotfist > 48 min > Zovex

Zovex > 40 min > Kereke > 44 min > Rotfist

Zovex > 60 min > Kereke > 32 min > Rotfist

Rotfist > 54 min > Zovex > 32 min > Kereke

Zovex > 30 min > Kereke - (x2)

The respawn timer and order reported in previous comments almost certainly hasn't changed, but sharding can complicate camping these guys back to back. If you're phased into a new shard of Isle of Dorn while you're waiting, you can potentially get a spawn from a different order or end up doubling up on spawn times, etc., which can waste a lot of time. Guessing this should get better after Midnight when it's not such a populated area anymore.

Using an addon like NPCTime to track how long the creatures around you have been spawned helps to verify when you're probably still in the same shard vs. you've suddenly been split off into a new shard that just came up or was combined into a different existing one, which can start you over with a new spawn order or spawn time.
