Probable respawn time: 30-60 min
I am at this point very confident that these are correct as from the sample-size gathered, the chance that they aren't is extremely small.

Timers and rotations:

Kereke > 60 min > Rotfist > 48 min > Zovex

Zovex > 40 min > Kereke > 44 min > Rotfist

Zovex > 60 min > Kereke > 32 min > Rotfist

Rotfist > 54 min > Zovex > 32 min > Kereke

Zovex > 30 min > Kereke - (x2)

You need to complete Secure the Beach to be correctly phased and see any of the three rare mobs.

Well, I'm not sure what changed, but I've now gotten Rotfist 5 times in a row, between 30 and 45 minutes per spawn.

These 3 rares need a hotfix, spawn timer is way too long, especially since people start playing the expansion in this area.
