Note for decor hunters:
Unlike with Mythrin'dir, she will actually sell to Horde characters, although it should be noted that she has one decor item (Ornamental Kaldorei Glaive) that will be unavailable to any character who 1) is not a Night Elf and 2) has not completed the quest "Honor of the Goddess" which is at the end of the Night Elf Heritage Armor questline.

I believe you need to be in the Bel'ameth version of Amirdrassil for them to have the decor for sale.

Don't know if this is mandatory, but went there with my Dracthyr and could buy any decor items from her (excepted the one requiring being night Eleves...)

Can confirm I bought everything from her EXCEPT the orb is not even an option on the vendor. I was a void elf and even checked again on a night elf it was not there.

Maybe worth noting for those looking she was NOT selling the Filigree Moon Lamp decor for me until I accepted the quest from Second Chair Pawdo to go purchase one.

艾蘭蒂斯 in Bel'ameth sells many decor items in exchange for 巨龍群島補給品 which are Warband-transferrable with no transfer fee.

Before you go, pick up the account-wide quest 夢境逸品 from 副手帕多 since you cannot even see 絲月油燈 in the NPC's list of items for sale (let alone buy it) unless the quest is in your quest log or you've already completed it. You can find 副手帕多 in any of these 3 locations:

Stormwind /way #84 56.2 76.8 Second Chair Pawdo
Orgrimmar /way #85 52.8 89.0 Second Chair Pawdo
Dornogal /way #2339 53.0 68.0 Second Chair Pawdo

貝拉梅斯桶子 costs 250
貝拉梅斯長椅 costs 350
貝拉梅斯旅人背包 costs 300 (requires completion of this quest 回歸 in Amirdrassil)
貝拉梅斯木桌 costs 350
小型貝拉梅斯帳篷 costs 500
卡多雷裝飾旋刃 costs 500 (requires a Night Elf and completion of this quest 女神的榮耀 in Stormwind)
絲月油燈 costs 10 (item can be purchased from multiple vendors after you complete this quest 夢境逸品 in Bel'ameth)

The easiest way get there is use your faction's portal to Bel'ameth. My fresh level 70 Alliance toon was able to buy some (not all) of the decor items and she had neither accepted nor completed any quests at all yet for Dragonflight.

Alliance: (Preferably on a Night Elf) Go to Stormwind's portal room then go behind the fountain and the Bel'ameth portal will be down the left hallway.
Horde: Go to Orgrimmar's Cataclysm portal area, go through the Hyjal portal, then go through the Bel'ameth portal (it's just to your left next to the building.)

I used the Dalaran Hearthstone in the Toys tab of collections. From there in the Broken Isles I took the portal at /way 54.85, 71.83. Good Luck <3
