His inventory should be unlocked at the start of Season 1, September 10th

Does anyone know how buying 復原的寶庫鑰匙s from Sir Finley works? I currently see 3 keys in the shop - do we get 3 for the whole season, or do they refresh periodically?

Anyone know how to acquire the items on display in front of this NPC? Sir Finley Mrrgglton doesn't actually sell them currently (as of 11.0.2)

Despite the Adventurer's Warbound gear from this vendor only requiring level 70 to use, they create ilvl 580 items which require a character to be level 80 to equip. If you were by chance thinking these could be used to power up a level 70 alt for levelling, that's not quite what the pieces are for.

Kind of ridiculous that you can only buy 3 keys per week across your entire warband. It would be fine if you could buy three per character, since once the character has them they're in the currency tab and aren't warband transferable. But having three total per week (especially when they're kind of pointing you toward leveling alts) is idiotic.

Does anyone know if his stuff will go away when the season ends or if they'll just add new stuff for the new season and rotate his stuff elsewhere? Or has blizzard not said anything about it at all?

I just wonder, why he is still selling new parts for the Season 1 mount for 2-3k delve coins instead of the new mount. Like the only parts for the S2 mount are sold by Reno for 10 (ten) Resonance Crystals. But the new parts for the old mount are extremely expensive...

As of today 23.04.2026 and in Midnight expansion he tells you that he lost all his loot and you should come back later which I doubt will ever happen.
