Some of these guys have >ONE< Wrekt Slaves attached to them in some sort of way. Kind of hard to figure which one as they are usually paired and there are usually two groups around of the pair.

However, the Bloodscale Overseers that I have killed, once dead, causes the Wrekt Slave to either disappear (I used Blind on him ~), or to run back to their original position.

You may want to pick your fight carefully though.

Ps. I tried killing the Nagas several times before making this post to be sure it didn't happen on a fluke. But it keeps to the same pattern.
