They're usually in pairs but when Naga calls them over for help they come in one.

If you fight both pairs they have a spirit link ability where you deal 50% damage to both targets, if you kill one they both die.

These currently seem to be bugged, and capable of chasing you for obscene lengths without deaggroing, should you aggro them by body pulling them. Though they sometimes lose chase after a bit (still longer than average), it might be best to simply kill them if you're able.

These things are the most annoying things in the world. They kick, and 90% of the time you pull them in packs of two.

Casters = Spell-locked constantly :(

It seems that when a Naga calls ONE over. If you kill the Naga, the Wrekt Slave either returns to his spot automatically, or simply disappears.

The first one that disappeared on me, I had used blind on him and then killed the Naga before the blind ran out.
The second one that disappeared on me, I used sap on him and then killed the naga before the sap ran out.

???

If you are able to:
1. Know which slave is attached to the Naga, you can:
2. Sap/bind/or whatever your class can do, to keep him from being called over to help his overseer. So that:
3. You don't have to worry about him adding himself or more.

Ps. I tried killing the Nagas several times before making this post to be sure it didn't happen on a fluke. But it keeps to the same pattern.

Been grinding this area for Sporeggar rep a lot recently, it seems that if you pull the called Slave away from the spot they're standing originally, it will disappear when you kill the Slavedriver. However that doesnt work all the time.

These mobs had me left scratching my head, to say the least.

Spirit linked pairs: As said, share damage. If for some reason you want the link broke, try stunning one. That seemed to work for me.

The running thing/chasing, might be linked to the fleeing after killing the slave. I accidentally direct hit the slave on one pull. The result was when it "fled". Seems they also only flee when you kill a slave driver.

The way these mobs behave is readily predictable if you pay attention to the chat text. When you attack a slavedriver, the text "Bloodscale Slavedriver calls for a nearby slave to assist him!" appears in orange. Now, if there are no slaves nearby, one will spawn and run to the aid of the slavedriver, despawning when the slavedriver dies. If there are slaves nearby, one or more will run to the aid of the slavedriver. The first one to come will behave the same as the previously mentioned spawn; that is, it will despawn when the slavedriver dies, regardless of its prior existence.

If more than one comes, it is not because of the slavedriver's summons; it is because you (or your pet) proximally aggroed them. These ones may spirit-link (if more than one) and will continue attacking after the slavedriver dies. Since they are often in pairs, however, one will become an add subject to despawning on the death of the slavedriver, leaving one behind. If you and your pet are far enough away not to aggro the other one, it will stay where it is; otherwise, if you aggro it, it will remain after the slavedriver dies and you will have to kill it manually.

These things get my vote for the most infuriating and annoying mob in the game. As a 70 hunter grinding Sporeggar rep, they are a massive waste of time and ammo; and what's worse, when near death they will run in fear, often aggroing more mobs onto you in the process. I've had battles where there's been 6 nagas and 4 slaves on me and my pet, forcing me to burn cooldowns, FD, and other emergency tactics. For a 70 battling these low-60s mobs that's infuriating to say the least! My suggestion is when farming nagas for Sporeggar rep, peel around the outside of the camp rather than barging through it. Even though they're low level for a 70, there's enough of them clumped together to warrant some measure of respect.
