藍色恐獸 is located in the The Azure Span zone.

General Respawn Info
Only part of Dragonflight rares are active during a single daily reset.
Most of the time you will be able to find only small part of all zone rares and they will respawn after kill in relatively short time.
But after daily reset they will disappear and a new pack of rares will be active.
So most of the time you will come to the spot and see nothing there. At least this way it was on Beta

Rare is a part of 蒼藍高地冒險者 achievement.

Doesn't appear to move much. Spawns at the top of a tree at /way 16.62 27.99, in The Azure Span. If you're scanning the area looking for this mob, be sure to look for a mob that's off the ground.

waited 4 hours for respawn, might take even longer since I didn't start camping at a fresh kill.

I got to see Blue Terror spawn at 17:45 (exactly) Server Time on Tarren Mill-EU on the 29/01/23 after camping the spot for about 3 days. Looks like the rare is not up everyday.
I didn't killed it, only wanted the photo, so, I got to call it and left. I don't know it's exact spawn rate

I'm totally convinced this bird does not exist and that the Blue Terror is just that: a nightmarish thought experiment placed here by Blizzard to terrorize us.

Anyone able to share any spawn information? Assuming it's not on the rotation with the other daily cycling rares?

Today I was camping him, got a call and when I came back someone killed him. So I did what every other player will do, camp him again... He respawned after 6 hours and 30 minutes.

Doesn't seem to put a mark on the map like the other rares and Rare Scanner doesn't alert. I landed (no alert/no marker), came here to look up spawn info, and was about to leave. Thankfully, I looked up as JNasty suggests and there he was. Rare Scanner went off once I targeted him. Now I'm wondering how many other times he laughed at me from the top of his ~~throne~~ tree as I passed by.
