You need to follow 前線補給馬車 start moving from 58 17 and is moving to Maw 46 56. You need to protect it until bridge. To fix it use skill 2 when you jump to it.

So, there is a little bit of misinformation out there that I will hopefully clear up. This event was super buggy for the first few weeks or more. The carriage is only in the town for a short time before it heads off to the Carriage Crusher. Nobody has to be in it to move, either. You don't have to run with it unless the carriage is full. You can ride it and not have to deal with any mobs until you get to the first location. It kicks you off at each of the stops along the way to defend it. If you miss it when it first leaves, you can catch up to it if you want further down the road.

If you are a non-healing class and there are no healers, you can use the Anima Tasting action button to heal yourself.

Once you kill the Carriage Crusher (this is still a bit difficult solo for most classes), the carriage goes to the assault. You can jump off of it at any point along the way if you end up riding it.

This event seems to be a very buggy one... still... with issues disappearing and then reappearing constantly. I was able to record what it SHOULD look like, but only probably because I was trying to keep track of the bugs to report. It worked right this time, though! https://youtu.be/Z2Q-FzJv9vo
