After a friend told me that the 凝結疫病 aura does not apply to other slimes I was a bit confused since none of the wording suggests that.
I did some researching and could not find any confirmation on this, so I went to a regular Mythic Plaguefall on my DH and did some testing.
Turns out he was right. I'm commenting this below all the slimes for reference. The data is from 2021-11-23 ~18:30 server time.
Here is an excerpt of my combat log using 靈魂炸彈 on a pull of 1x 凝結軟泥怪, 1x 瘟疫軟泥怪, 3x 腐髓黏液 and 2x 瘟疫束縛者:
Your Spirit Bomb hit Plaguebinder 682 Fire.
Your Spirit Bomb hit Rotmarrow Slime 2,637 Fire.
Your Spirit Bomb hit Congealed Slime 2,594 Fire.
Your Spirit Bomb hit Rotmarrow Slime 2,676 Fire.
Your Spirit Bomb hit Plaguebinder 652 Fire.
Your Spirit Bomb hit Pestilence Slime 2,641 Fire.
Your Spirit Bomb hit Rotmarrow Slime 2,572 Fire.
Your Spirit Bomb healed You 1,749 Fire.

As you can see, both 瘟疫束縛者s took 75% reduced damage while all of the slimes took full damage.

That being said, the 瘟疫炸彈 in the 伊克思博士 boss fight does indeed get the benefit from the aura, despite also being an aberration and - visually, although not namely - a slime just like the aforementioned ones (凝結軟泥怪/瘟疫軟泥怪/腐髓黏液):
Your Spirit Bomb hit Congealed Slime 3,026 Fire.
Your Spirit Bomb hit Plague Bomb 790 Fire.
Your Spirit Bomb hit Doctor Ickus 775 Fire.
Your Spirit Bomb healed You 1,135 Fire.
