I killed Captain Kromcrush for my quest to be handed in. Then every time I tried to kill him afterwards he wouldn't give loot. Not sure why

These only seem to drop mechagon loot once per day per type, although a couple will continue to drop spare parts (Meathook for one). And it seems this is account wide unless I am extremely unlucky on my alt.

The old loot listed by Gwez still seems to drop after multiple kills.

For noting, I am camping the spawn site to try and obtain items. I killed Lord Incendius a few times, only receiving a few spare parts. After maybe the 4-5th kill, the Cinderhide Splints dropped which may go against the 'one drop per day' rule we have seen so far.

Seems even with the quest items to spawn them, sadly you can only receive loot from one anomaly a day. (Excluding ones spawned from other players).
