Travel down to Daelin's Gate and travel to the point. There's a destroyed building.
If you dont want to fight much mobs, make your way around it not through.

I'm not sure why, but I just downed this guy as a Horde player (Frost DK, loot set to Blood), and the sword didn't drop.

I tried re-killing him in Blood spec and it still didn't drop. Wasn't added to my appearances either.

Follow-up: However, logging out and logging back in, I found I had at least obtained the appearance, if not the physical weapon.

A reference to the real pirate Black Bart, or Bartholomew Roberts as his real name was. He was one of the most successful pirates of the 18th century "golden age of piracy".

Apparently, there was no blue arrow guiding me to him, and he was not marked with a star on the map.. i had to macro target him, but he was there.
