瓦加‧嗥牙 rare is located in 斯陀頌恩谷地 Thornheart on Kul Tiras isle.
Thornheart is an underground area in the center of Briarback Kraul.
You can get there by taking a path from 45.83 74.34 or jumping inside from the upper level.
When you're there just follow the blue fires they'll lead you right to Wagga.

Rare is located within quilboar enclave, entrance is at 42.4 67.1 spot.
After passing thorugh follow the road towards the runic stone.
Take left road and then follow the path with violet flames along it.
There's a cave with rare at the end of road.

Make sure you kill her before completing the questline in the area as it appears shes phased and cant be accessed afterwards..

There are two bosses available in the same location. If you cannot see Wagga, you need to completely finish 你會騎野豬嗎 by riding the boar out of Briarback Kraul. Go turn in the quest 你會騎野豬嗎 in Brennadam and afterwards return to Briarback Kraul; you will then see Wagga in the cave.

For those without coordinates:

There is a pond at Quilltop. Go into the pond.

If you see Ragna, you are in the wrong pond.

This pond is tiny and a bit deep.

Sit in the very centre of this pond.

Look directly due West.

You will see a root.

You can walk on this root.

This root will lead you down to Thornheart, where Wagga is.

Remember this for next time: Pondheart. Due West. Take the root.

Not sure what's going on with this (bug or what). But the star for the rare Wagga wouldn't show up on my mini map until I went down to Thornheart area.

Very annoying. I was directly above, flying, and no star at all until I went down. I think it's because this is phased due to quest completion (see above) but still no excuse.
