You need to kill 深淵領主邪莫斯 He is in 大型侵略點：深淵領主邪莫斯 Portal you can find in 安托洛斯荒原 is under bridge left side from beacon.

He is using 2 skills. First on is 踐踏 is pushing you back and when you casting you will get silence for 6s. Second spell is 惡魔吐息 just don't stand on line. Drop is AP + item 930+.

Why was i not able to bonus roll on this boss? Any idea someone?

Talked to GM about the bonus roll issue. It is a known bug and the script for the bonus roll does not always trigger the popup, but developers are aware of it and working on a fix.

The "bonus roll ID" or "eligibility" so to say as well as the weekly loot is tracked (as always with world bosses) via 2 quests. You can check your eligibility with the following script:

If you got loot, but no bonus roll ID. Simply try to kill the boss again. The bug occurs only sometimes. So if you kill the boss again, chances are you get the bonus roll popup on your next attempt as confirmed in this comment

Copy paste from the Squishei's Invasion Points on Argus guide:

Overview: Pit Lord Vilemus will periodically use his 惡魔吐息 and 踐踏 to damage the raid. Tanks will need to manage threat in order to survive his 耗弱 ability.
Damage Dealers:
Spread out to avoid taking unnecessary damage from 惡魔吐息 .
踐踏 will interrupt any spells being cast and send you flying into the air.
Healers:
惡魔吐息 hits many players in a cone and leaves a damage over time effect on any victims.
踐踏 will interrupt your spellcasting and then launch all players into the air, causing them to take falling damage in addition to the initial damage from the ability.
耗弱 will lower the victim's maximum health in addition to inflicting damage.
Tanks:
耗弱 will lower your maximum health in addition to inflicting damage.

Despite what this page says, this mob cannot be found in the Black Temple. Any way to fix the page so it properly shows her spawn? Other Invasion Bosses are also improperly labeled which made it annoying when look up loot tables...

For anyone doing him post-Legion, I doubt this guy will be soloable until we can kill him in 20-30sec. His Drain ability will insta-kill you if it reaches 10 stacks which is fairly easy to ramp up. :<

As for now, you need a minimum of two people/pets who can taunt to share the Drain debuff around until Vilemus dies.

Despite the debuff that reduces the health of the one tanking, the breath kills people even when there is more than enough total and current health left. Tried to solo it, had about 7 stacks and 120k HP left, breath usually hits for 9k, breath killed me while at full health. Doesnt make sense.

This guys is ridiculous, but if you can get a group, and all of you do not die, he will not heal, so you can slowly wear him down, but if you do group wipe, he will reset to 100%. :(
As of BFA, it can be tedious to try and put together a group to do older Argus content. So, do it with your guild. DO NOT try to solo him, cannot be done.
Unfortunately, Blizzard went nuts on this boss, he will kill the tanks multiple times, or anything that gets close to him, NEED heals & dispels BIGTIME, or repair costs will be expensive!

Soloed as a 197 Ret Paladin using drums and consumables. I had to Divine Shield at 9 stacks of Drain and then Blessing of Protection again at 9 stacks in order to kill it in time. Save yourself some trouble and just get a couple of friends to go with you.

I soloed Pit Lord Vilemus as a level 60, ilevel 221 Discipline Priest. He quickly lowered me to 1 health, but wasn't able to do the final point of damage. A combination of Mind Blast, Mindgames, Rapture, Power Word: Shield, and the shield from the Shard of Kyr kept me alive. Power Word: Shield might have been able to do it by itself, but I didn't test it.

Necrolords can use Fleshcrafting to solo this b-hole down, if you're a class that doesn't have a shield

Really hate to say this, but this was the straw that finally broke the camels back. I'm an original player, used to be in a guild (which disintegrated) and for the past 10 years or so I've been a totally solo player. Have mostly enjoyed WOW despite the incessant requirements to run dungeons/raids to progress. Got to the point in Shadowlands where I was trying to go back and complete achievements that I'd missed and came across Invasion Obliteration. Did all the bosses then tried Pit Lord Vilemus....a freakin' Legion! boss that should go down easily with an ilevel of 221. Nope! Can't be done. Came to Wowhead, read the comments. Friends? Well, as I said I'm a solo player. Drums? Nope, can't use them since I'm over level 50. So you know what Blizzard? *!@# you! I've paid to play for decades and I'm done. If you can't accomodate us solo players then I'm done. Cancelling my subscription and saying so long. May sound petty as it's only 10 stupid achievement points, but it's the principal of the thing.

The issue is that this boss requires tank swaps because of the debuff, and there is no visual indication of when the tanks need to swap. During Legion there were always plenty of tanks doing world content, so a constant stream of tanks running back.

Managed to solo him as an Outlaw Rogue. His first drain attack occurs pretty close to when he uses his first Fel breath attack, so you can pop your Evasion and hopefully avoid the first 6 stacks of drain, He then won't use drain again for about 14~ish seconds, as he uses it pop Cloak of Shadows and it will negate the drain from stacking on you, this should help make the timer run out on the first stacks if you miss timed the Evasion.
He still has a decent chunk of HP so is most certainly still a DPS race, and so much easier if you have someone else to do it with you, as my reward for beating him was the same as some pocket lint and some dirt. I just want the Fel spiked shoulder pads :c

As level 70 unholy Deathknight with item level 355, I was able to burst him down solo easily.

It appears you really need to be level 70 with at least some entry level blue gear to solo this. I tried with level 65 mage, it got Vilemus to cca 50 %; but once I got to level 70 I already made it without too much stress. And same story goes with my shadow priest.

This guy is certainly unique that he still clings onto some semblence of relevancy. How many three expansions old bosses can say they're still being talked about on wowhead how to kill them?

He will very much squish you if you try to solo him in Legion Remix in heroic world tier. You'll get 10 stacks of the debuff that reduces your HP by 10% before you can kill him, even if you're at 999% versatility
