Charlie is a diseased ~~Unicorn~~ Sunrunner that is located next to the two rare spawn Unicorns 狡猾的逐日駿馬, and 邪惡的地脈駿馬 .
They are marked on your map with a star as the Treacherous Stallions.

There is a Ley portal in the Olivian Veil located here. Here is what the entrance to the cave looks like.
And This is what the Ley Portal Looks like (how to get to these rares)

The coordinates are to the cave/portal are aprox 60.3, 46.3. Right after you port through, Charlie will be near the bottom of the hill to your right.

Once you pass through the Ley Portal, they are located here on your map.

When you come out of the portal, on your way up the hill, you can see the corpse of 查理. It appears that the treacherous stallions have killed one of their kind.
Here is an image of poor, poor Charlie.

查理 is of course, a reference to Charlie the Unicorn:

"Charlie the Unicorn" is a 2005 Flash animated comedy short film and viral video created by Jason Steele of independent film company FilmCow in Orlando, Florida

Once you kill the trecherous stallions, a chest appears by Charlie's Corpse.
Upon looting it, I was rewarded with x45 Order Resources & 1x 附魔的日逐者之腎. Poor Charlie.. it seem's he was killed for his Kidney!
Treasure Chest.

Charlie, you look quite down
With your big sad eyes and you big fat frown
The world doesn't have to be so gray

, "Trecherous Stallions" are located in 艾蘇納 and they are a part of 艾蘇納探險家.
Coordinates: 50.0, 52.0 - portal at 60.22, 46.16 - 艾蘇納, Old Coast Path, Olivian Veil, El'dranil Peak,
Flight point: Shackles Den - 艾娃雅‧遠風

if you start from "Shackles Den" goes to the north to the "Old Coast Path" and follow the road to the East. When you reach the "Olivian Veil" turn left and follow the river up to the mountain, there you will find a small cave. Inside the cave is a "Ley Portal", click it and you will port to "El'dranil Peak". On the hill you will see the "Trecherous Stallions", consisting of 狡猾的逐日駿馬 and 邪惡的地脈駿馬. Kill both and goes to the corpse of 查理, there is still a treasure chest.

I show you the way to in this Video: https://youtu.be/oByzS2schLg

I now have this overwhelming desire to check every mountaintop in Legion for a snowman with a ~~unicorn~~ sunrunner horn nose and another kidney.

After finding Charlie dead on Candy Mountain, I quickly dispatched the 2 responsible for poor Charlie's demise. My only regret was not being able to give Charlie the proper burial he so rightfully deserved. RIP old friend.
