Go to the northan Flight path on the Wardens Island, then go through the pass at 47, 72. Go left at the pass over the small lake to 44, 76. Go up the hill path and left at the top and go to 44,81. Streight on at the top of the hill path there is another path going up, boss is at the top of here.

Lots of high HP mobs around here, so I defiantly recommend getting a group together.

if you start from "Watcher's Aerie", goes downwards and then follows the steep path down to the spiders. Then keep on the right and follow after a few meters up the road to 燼火之翼.

if you start from "Wardens' Redoubt", follow the path to the west on the "Isle of the Watchers". Walk past 實驗性魔化散佈水晶, where the cave is on the left, and go up the path. Stay on your way up and keep left, then follow the path up to a hillock to 燼火之翼.

It is possible to kite Cinderwing down the cliff right into the Wardens' Camp. I didn't clear all the other felbats in the area and after I pulled too many I just jumped down and kept aggro on the boss.

On a funnier note, the ground AoE attack can kill people that went AFK next to the the emissary.
