***UPDATE: As of the latest build (June 24/16) the 大廳資源 cost for these seals has decreased from 2500/5000/10000 to 1000/2000/4000***

This NPC, 大法師朗達拉克, provides 破碎命運徽印 to players via a few transaction quests. These require various currencies to obtain. He is located at (56, 67) in the area outside of the Violet Hold (to the right side near the pools as you are facing the Violet Hold entrance).

破碎命運徽印 is the new bonus roll currency being introduced in Legion. It will be usable in all Mythic dungeons, in the new Tier 19 raids 暗夜堡 and 翡翠夢魘, and for the new world bosses (亞娜慕茲, 卡拉米爾, 『霜血』督剛, 弗洛山, 休蒙格里斯, 利薇妲絲, 惡魔納札卡, 尼索格, 薩索斯, The Soultakers, and 凋萎者吉姆).

As with recent currencies, only 3 per week will be obtainable (with potentially rare exceptions), and the hard cap will be 10 seals.

The currency can be obtained from quests that require a certain amount of gold or 大廳資源 (similar to the Warlords of Draenor model). Your second and third seals purchased with the SAME currency increases progressively in price - this is noted in the chart below.

Gold
Seal #	Quest	Cost
1st	命運已定：金幣	1000g
2nd	命運已定：一堆金幣	2000g
3rd	命運已定：一大筆金幣	4000g
大廳資源
Seal #	Quest	Cost
1st	命運已定：大廳資源	1000 resources
2nd	命運已定：庫藏的大廳資源	2000 resources
3rd	命運已定：大量的大廳資源	4000 resources

Some of this information may not be final, and is subject to change

As in Warlords of Draenor, you can mix and match which currency you use (some with gold, others with resources) to a maximum of 3 seals total.
If you only buy 1 or 2 seals with a specific currency, the quests will reset the following week, allowing you to spend the lowest amount again (you only pay more for the second and third seals you buy within the week).

NOTE: In Legion, it will be possible to trade Personal loot items if you already have a better item in that slot. It remains to be seen whether this will apply to bonus rolled loot.

No one is going to mention the different flavor text he gives with each different option? He's basically talking !@#$ to you at this point, no matter what you do.

Wish I can kill him, I haven't forgiven him for what he did in Pandaria
