Take the Lunastre Estate portal from Shal'Aran. Walk west on the ledge to the first obstruction on the walkway. Look over the edge, you will see that the tops of the roofs have a walkway on them below. Aim for the one to the direct west of you. Glide down to it and the head south on the roof top to Randril.

There is a grapple point at 51.0 , 78.4 that you can click on to get to the upper level. It's on the extended rafter just south of where Randril spawns.

Take the Waning Crescent portal and go over the NW bridge into Artisan's Gallery. Go forward down the ramp and turn right. When you get to the bridge just before you cross it there will be a staircase - go up. There will be sentinels who can see through your disguise, the single ones you could most likely ride past but there will be one landing with two and you may have to fight. Just follow the path and you will get to him, just be aware that the drunken revelers will also attack you if you get too close. I found it helpful to clear a corner before the fight.

You guys should feel bad for killing him, I did. Looted the friendly brawler's wager and was like well $%^&....I killed him. He thought we were just fist fighting.

if you have already unlocked the "Portal to Evermoon Terrace" in "Shal'Aran", you can use it to Suramar City. Teleport from the tower and then go directly straight over the "Evermoon Bazaar" to the "Evermoon Commons" and then go left, over the bridge to the "Artisan's Gallery". After the bridge, go up the stairs on the left (46.5, 76.2) and go to the end to a terrace, there is 藍迪爾.

The easiest way to get onto the roof is to die at approximately 50.42/79.40. When you res you get a flying mount. Fly to the very tip of one of the corner wooden beams that hang out from the building. Res there, and heal etc, then walk to the edge of the building, jump up, kill your way around the mobs in one corner and then go nuts.

If you're having issues with him disappearing, try to remove the disguise you use in Suromar. I ran up there twice and he disappeared so i figured I would try to remove the disguise and it worked. I ran around a little bit on the balcony but after 10-15 seconds he spawned. As a heads up, this route will make you pull extra mobs so be ready for it.

I just dropped in for a visit, so I hadn't planned anything in advance. Randril is not tough and doesn't have any special talents to watch out for, but.....make sure you kill all the spectators, because every single one of them will attack you and there are a dozen or so. I killed Randril with ease, then his drunken friends killed me. He dropped 70 Order Resources, a 1.4M artifact boost and about 30 cents, which is probably about right given that he isn't very tough.
Remembering how to get back to your corpse could have been worse than a weekend in Newark until I remembered wisps can fly in Suramar. It's the only good thing about the place.

Staircase at 46,76 leads all the way up to the mob, for those with out flying.

He's on a large balcony with clusters of 3 mobs in several sides. Most of the mobs are pushover revelers instead of guards but they also respawn pretty quickly. The good news is that Randril pulls easily so just clear a corner, pull him to you, kill and get out of there. He doesn't do anything to pull aggro from the other mobs, at least not when I fought him.

Die near Randril on the ground. Your corpse run is a flight. Fly up to the second floor and once you get close enough to your corpse, click and there you are - on the second floor.
