贊達拉砍腳龍 is one of four mini 烏達斯塔 look-a-like companion pets that drop from mobs on 巨獸島

The four raptors are different colors:
贊達拉破踝龍: Has a pale auqa/blue body with dark slate blue blotches, a dark grey helm, white tusks and horns.
贊達拉砍腳龍: Has a ruddy/rusty color body with darker splotches and a gold helm with pale horns and tusks.
贊達拉咬膝龍: Has a smoky purple body with darker scales, a silver helm, white tusks and horns.
贊達拉啃趾龍: Has a white/cream body with bronze/dusty pink helm, grey tusks and horns.

My Footslasher dropped from a 贊達拉馭龍師

This little guy is so desperate to have a new home you should find one jumping into your bags sooner rather then later (I had a crazy drop rate of 1:12, this may change but there are plenty on AH so I'm thinking this drop rate is fairly common.) Cute little fellow, just remember to wear boots around him.

The drop rate has been hotfixed. Will post estimated new ratios once I get a clearer idea of them.

These drop quite frequently. I spent about 45 minutes farming dinomancers on the beach, and got 5 贊達拉咬膝龍, 1 贊達拉砍腳龍, 1 贊達拉啃趾龍, and 1 贊達拉破踝龍. This off of 32 dinomancers, based on the number of 龐大的恐龍骨頭 in my bags.

The drop rates were nerfed in a recent hotfix to greatly reduce how much they dropped, likely because the numbers we were seeing were too high.

Just to throw this out there, while I did get this pet fast (like the other comments say), I've been killing Dinomancers with friends for hours now, I've gotten over 400 bones and this pet has not dropped again since! Naturally, we were letting each of us get one of every pet, so I find it extremely strange that this hasn't dropped for a second time. Needless to say, the other dinos dropped a lot. So I'm not sure what's going on with that, because even for RNG, that seems really strange.

We did go from the beach (where I got mine) to another Dinomancer spot further on the island, so perhaps that plays a part in it? I'd just like to clarify that if you seem to have very bad luck with these dropping, it's alright, because we are too :p

All zandalari dinos were hotfixed on 3/11/13 to have a much lower drop percentage.

While this pet is bind on pickup, you can cage it after you have learned it and sell/trade/mail it to others.

As for the battle pet, 贊達拉砍腳龍 (as well as his 3 cousins: 贊達拉破踝龍, 贊達拉啃趾龍 & 贊達拉咬膝龍) can come with one of four different sets of stats:

148 HP - 12 Dmg - 12 Spd
145 HP - 11 Dmg - 14 Spd
145 HP - 14 Dmg - 11 Spd
145 HP - 12 Dmg - 12 Spd

I have been farming these pets for a couple of weeks now. I have killed a LOT of zandalari dinomancers. I have collected a decent amount of toenibblers, kneebiters and anklerenders but not seen a single footslasher. About an hour of farming will get you the Ancient Tome of Dinomancy (if you're a hunter) and a few of the pets, but footslashers seem to be more rare

Are all very common pets being a by-product from farming 龐大的恐龍骨頭 or 原生蛋.

While it might not seem very intuitive you're probably best of just selling these raptors to a vendor. Pets are infamously slow items to sell on the auction house and on a lot of servers the prices of these floats just around (and often well below) 100G, In the meantime they have an unusually high vendor value of 62.5G. If you learn the pet and than cage it you will of course not be able to vendor it.
