I solo'd Naxx this morning on my hunter and on my druid (guardian) and this pet dropped both times. So it does seem to be a pretty good drop rate. None of the other 3 pets dropped however. Even if Gluth does eat the zombies, if you are pulling at least 28k dps (as tank or whatever), you'll still kill him, it just takes a little longer. It took a while on my druid becase of him eating zombies, but he still died and did not even come close to the enrage timer. Happy hunting!

Just had the liberty to run 4 chars over the 4 raid dungeons that drop pets. Note that once I obtained a pet from a boss I stopped killing them unless I have to:

3 runs of MC, 9 bosses, 3 pets dropped (1 of each kind, pretty lucky here)
4 runs of BWL, 12 bosses, 4 pets dropped (3 Untamed hatchlings, 1 Chrominius)
4 runs of BWL, 10 bosses, 3 pets dropped (2 Mini Mindslayers, 1 Viscidus Globule)
4 runs of Naxx, 8 bosses, 3 pets dropped (1 of each kind again)

While the sample size is small, it does give some idea on the drop rates for these new pets. With 13 pets dropped out of 39 boss kills the drop rate seems to be somewhere close to 1/3.

This pet was introduced in patch 5.1 as part of 12 new Vanilla Raid drops. There are three from each raid: 熔火之心, 黑翼之巢, 安其拉, 納克薩瑪斯. Though technically a Wrath of the Lich King raid, Naxxramas was first released into the game during the final months before The Burning Crusade.

Drop rate is not 100%. Collecting all these pets will complete 寵物大軍來襲 which gives a final pet, 畢勾沃斯先生

According to Cory Stockton (Lead Content Designer for World of Warcraft), additional pets for TBC and Wrath raids will become available in the future. (source)

Naxx10 was completely soloable as a Frost mage (478 ilvl, 4 set bonus), even Thaddius and Patchwerk, with some basic knowledge about boss's abilities and popping every single cooldown on bosses, the hardest one was Patchwerk followed by Heigan (simply because I have no idea how to get rid of 300% spell slowing debuff), I did not use a flask but did use potion of the Jade Serpent on each boss, they're cheap and they're in my CD macro, so it's nothing strange really. I used Evocation and the glyph that heals you for 40% of max hp when you finish an evocation, and Frost Bomb. Ice Barrier is a must-have as well, it helps soaking damage immensely.

Edit: I used the cheaper weapon enchant who's name escapes me currently, but gives +1500 to a secondary stat on proc. Expect Patchwerk to be hard, I died from Cauterize damage after managing to down him on third attempt; mirror images died around 23%~ boss HP, so rest I had to outDPS him simply put. I actually did achievments for several of the bosses as well, for example both Thaddius achievments, Pathwerk's achievment, all Arachnid Wing achievments, the Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad achievments. I got 6 out of the 12 pets first week, though only 4 on the Mage, later getting two from an alt when doing MC afterwards; since the pets are shared but lockouts are not. It appears to be about 33% droprate, also checks out with guildies results, and other comments.

Just dropped off Gluth (duh) for me in Naxx 10, he's quite the adorable one.

First time I raided ICC with him, Precious' Ribbon dropped and I won. He is officially my good luck charm.

He's so cute! With the blood dripping out of his ribs and all!

Note, his slot 3 ability is a cannibalize-like heal (Called Consume Corpse) which requires a dead ally to feed on, so it is a useless ability if he is the first pet to fight. Can be replaced by Plagued Blood at level 20.
