EDIT: Confirmed that this is in fact a reward from Brawlers Guild (was never that much doubt), they will cost 2175 Justice Points, it will require some amount of rank (that we are not sure of yet, although it does seem like it will require top rank as @Backstabmacro guessed (Rank 8)), you will gain rank based on competing solo PVE challenges.

Old Comment: This will 'supposedly' be a reward from the new Brawler's Guild coming in 5.1. At the moment we're not sure how you'll acquire these, we're not even sure if it actually is from the Brawler's Guild. Heres hoping its easy, looking forward to getting a matched set on my Monk (Be sure to check out the model for these, via view in 3d, it really is a very nice set of claws).

These have the exact same model as the ones on Lord Darius Crowley's worgen-model in the Silverpine-questline (I personally fell in love with these on first sight) - they do look epic and I hope I can somehow get my hands on them in 5.1!

you get these buy reaching rank 8 in brawlers guild. i just got them tonight and am really disappointed. they look epic yes, but duel wielding them gives worse stats and damage than the easy to get burnished staff. reaching rank 8 in brawlers i found a real challenge and so yeah i'm really disappointed that they didn't at least make it equivalent with the staff if not better, considering they cost more overall and are way harder to get.

Availible after Reachering Rank 8 in the Brawlers guild, this is quite a feat though, as climbing through the ranks can be Challenging. Link to a guide provided by Wowhead

If you want to obtain these fists just for transmog purposes and you are a monk, but you are struggling with the Brawler's Guild fights, you can buy these instead:
Tiger Lord's Razor Claws which look exactly the same as Brawler's ones from Master Tan in the Peak of Serenity.

Several people comment that you must be rank 8 with Brawlers guild to purchase them. do you have to be rank 8 with brawlers guild to USE them however?

also, Stats on these are very similar to the Heirloom 'Mace of McGowan'. (I don't know how to item link) someone else was comparing to the Staff, which is silly since these are 1handed, and the staff is a 2handed item anyway.
Same Agil/Stam/Haste. Difference being Crit strike vs Hit, and a tiny speed difference (2.8 vs 2.6)

In case you want to make an alt to wear a pair of these - they can be worn by 戰士, 獵人, 盜賊, 薩滿, 武僧, 德魯伊.

The strange thing is this... since hunters now have to choose between ranged and melee weapon, it makes no sense to have them eqip these. Druids cannot dual-wield, so feral druids would not use one-handed weapons like fist weapons. Monks could use those, but you won't see them (you don't see fistweapons on monks - still buggy...). Rogues only would use non-Daggers when speccing Combat. Warriors would prefer weapons with +Strength - some Fury specced ones might like one-handed weapons.
And you cannot use these for mogging swords, axes, maces...

Probably one of the best-looking, and at the same time least-used heirlooms!

As of 5.4 you can now use all weapon enchants. At lower levels enchants scale down for the content a player will be going through so high level enchants will not be broken for pve and pvp content alike. I recommend the elemental force enchantment on these for your rogue - and probably for your monk aswell.
Your damage will go up a lot because that enchantment procs often.

You can buy these only with the character that has reached rank 8 in Brawler's Guild. Too bad your rank's effect is not account-wide and your brawler may not have the required amount of justice points.
